CONTENT CREATORS AGENCY AGREEMENT

This Agreement is entered into on the date of electronic signature below, and is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

Between: Content Creators Agency (Gold Coast, Australia) ("Agency")
And: the individual creator whose name and signature appear below ("Creator")

1. CREATOR DETAILS
The Creator must provide:
- Full legal name
- Stage / performer name
- Date of birth
- Email address
- Phone number
- Valid government-issued ID confirming the Creator is 18 years or older

2. TERM OF AGREEMENT
The term of this Agreement is six (6) months commencing on the Start Date.
The Agreement will stay current and will automatically renew unless a termination request has been received in writing. Either party may terminate this Agreement with thirty (30) days' written notice. Terminations will be executed at the first of each month. All access will be revoked by the Agency upon that termination date.

Early Termination (within first 3 months):
If the Creator terminates within the first three (3) months of the Agreement, the Creator must pay the Agency an early termination fee of $500, payable within 7 days of termination.

During the Term, the Creator agrees not to engage, contract, or affiliate with any other agency, manager, or representative providing similar services without the Agency's prior written consent. Any breach of this clause will be deemed a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate termination and enforcement of applicable termination fees.

3. PAYMENT TERMS
OnlyFans deducts 20%.
80% is paid into the Creator's nominated bank account.
Creator agrees to pay the Agency 40% of total money received each month (the agency receives 40% after OnlyFans takes their 20%).
Payment to Agency must occur within 7 days of receiving money from OnlyFans.
Late payments will attract a 5% overdue fee per day until paid.
Failure to pay after 30 days will result in legal action and debt recovery including in jurisdictions outside Australia.

Chargebacks & Refunds: In the event of chargebacks, subscriber disputes, or refunds issued by the platform, the Creator is solely responsible for these amounts, and they will not reduce or offset the Agency's commission.

Promotional Expenses: If additional charges are necessary for promotion or advertising of the Creator's page, and such expenses are pre-approved by the Creator, the Creator shall be responsible for reimbursing those costs.

4. AGENCY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Agency will:
- Post content.
- Manage chatting and fan engagement.
- Promote and market the Creator's page across multiple platforms and social media pages.
- Provide a promo design for the Creator's social media pages.
- Maintain OnlyFans and any other platforms the Agency uses to sell content during this Agreement.

5. CREATOR RESPONSIBILITIES
The Creator must:
- Sign up to OnlyFans and provide logins to the Agency.
- Pay the Agency's 40% share within 7 days of receiving funds from OnlyFans.
- Provide minimum content monthly:
  - 20 photos
  - 20 reels/videos
  - 20 spicy content pieces (within agreed comfort level)
- Create custom content within 3 days of request.
- All content must be uploaded directly to the O.F platform library.
- Respond to Agency communications within a reasonable timeframe (24-48hrs).
- Be solely responsible for personal taxes, superannuation, and legal obligations.

If minimum content is not uploaded monthly, as agreed, the contract will be terminated.

Players Showgirls Venue is available for content creation in consultation with Venue Management.

6. CONTENT OWNERSHIP & USAGE
The Creator retains full ownership of all content.
The Creator grants the Agency a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, post, distribute, and promote content during the Term.

The Agency will not try to post, sell or represent the Creator in any way that is outside the comfort level of the Creator.

7. AGE VERIFICATION
The Creator must be 18 years old at the time of this agreement and provide valid government-issued ID. The Agency will securely store ID for the Term plus one (1) year, in compliance with legal requirements.

8. ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT PERMISSION
The Creator grants the Agency full access (username, password, admin control) to relevant platform accounts. The Agency will notify the Creator of any suspected account breach.

9. CONTENT COMPLIANCE
The Creator is responsible for ensuring all content complies with platform rules and community guidelines. Any breach resulting in suspension or banning is the Creator's responsibility.

10. LIABILITY
The Agency is not liable for:
- Content leaks or redistribution.
- Breaches of platform terms and conditions.
- Copyright or intellectual property disputes.
- Personal injury, financial loss, or damage related to content creation.

11. CONFIDENTIALITY
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of this Agreement and related business information. Breach may result in legal action.

12. FORCE MAJEURE
Neither party will be liable for delays or failures caused by unforeseen events (e.g. platform changes, page hacking, legal changes, acts of nature).

13. AMENDMENTS
Any amendment to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by all parties.

14. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By signing below, the Creator confirms that they:
- Have read and understood the terms of this Agreement in full.
- Enter into this Agreement voluntarily and without coercion.
- Are at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into binding agreements.
